The CD19 Antibody is a purified mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD19. It is conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. This antibody recognizes the 95 kDa CD19 cell surface antigen expressed on B lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. It can be used for studying B cell development, activation, signaling, and malignancies. The antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
