The CD19 APC-Cyanine7 antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD19. It is conjugated to APC-Cyanine7, a fluorescent dye, and is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify human CD19-expressing cells. This antibody recognizes a 95 kDa cell surface antigen expressed on B lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. It can be used for immunophenotyping and to identify B cell malignancies. The APC-Cyanine7 conjugate has an excitation max of 633nm and emission max of 760nm. This antibody is available in sizes ranging from 25 tests to 1000 tests.
