The Caprico CD19 FITC Antibody is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated monoclonal antibody that targets human CD19. It is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. This antibody recognizes the 95 kDa CD19 cell surface antigen expressed on B lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. According to the product details, it has been tested for flow cytometry using human peripheral blood samples. Each vial contains 100 tests of antibody in 0.5 mL buffered aqueous glycerol solution. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 1:50. This antibody is also available unlabeled or conjugated to other fluorochromes.
