The CD19 PE-Cyanine7 Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD19. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry. This antibody recognizes the 95 kDa CD19 antigen and has been tested on human peripheral blood cells. According to the manufacturer, it shows minimal cross-reactivity with other human cell surface antigens. The clone number for this antibody is SJ25C1. It is provided at a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin.
