The Caprico CD1a Antibody 4115045 APC Conjugated is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD1a. It is conjugated to APC fluorochrome and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody can be used to identify cortical thymocytes, Langerhans cells, and dendritic cells. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended dilution is 1:50. Each vial contains 200 μg of antibody. This product is validated for flow cytometry and has been tested on human samples. The immunogen is human thymocytes and leukemic cells.
