The CD2 APC iFluor 700 antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is an anti-human CD2 monoclonal antibody conjugated to iFluor 700. It is clone RPA-2.10 and isotype mouse IgG1, kappa. This fluorochrome-conjugated antibody is designed for flow cytometry applications with excitation max of 685 nm and emission max of 710 nm. The antibody is supplied at 0.5 mg in 0.5 ml of PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 1:200. This antibody can be used for immunophenotyping of T lymphocytes in human peripheral blood.
