The CD20 FITC antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody that targets human CD20. It is intended for use in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. This antibody recognizes the CD20 antigen, a 33-37 kDa transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of B lymphocytes. The FITC conjugation allows for direct detection of cells expressing CD20 when used in combination with a flow cytometer or fluorescence microscope. This antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% BSA. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL.
