The CD20 PE-CF594 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD20. It is conjugated to PE-CF594 fluorescent dye and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes both native and recombinant CD20. The immunogen is a recombinant human CD20 protein. CD20 is expressed on B cells during early development to mature B cell stages, but not stem cells or plasma cells. This antibody can be used to identify and analyze B cell populations by flow cytometry. The antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
