The Caprico CD20 PerCP-Cyanine5.5 2H7 ASR is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD20 antigen expressed on B lymphocytes. This antibody is conjugated to PerCP-Cyanine5.5 and is intended for use in flow cytometry applications. The clone is 2H7. The antibody is supplied as a lyophilized powder, sodium azide-free, with bovine serum albumin as a stabilizer. It is optimized for staining human peripheral blood samples. Recommended usage is 5 μL per test. The product has a 12 month shelf life when stored at 2-8°C. This antibody is well-suited for identifying and enumerating B lymphocytes by flow cytometry.
