The Caprico CD22 Antibody is an APC-conjugated monoclonal antibody that targets human CD22. It is recommended for detection of CD22 protein in flow cytometry and cell sorting applications. This antibody has been tested and validated for flow cytometry using human peripheral blood samples. It can be used to identify and isolate B lineage cells that express CD22. The APC fluorochrome allows detection of the antibody binding by flow cytometry. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
