The CD22 (MF450) Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD22. It is conjugated to Miltenyi Biotec's MF450 fluorochrome and is designed for use in flow cytometry applications. This antibody can be used to identify and characterize cells expressing CD22, including certain B cells, in human samples. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each test contains 100 μL of antibody. This product should be stored at 2-8°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. When used properly, it provides an effective tool for immunophenotyping and cell sorting.
