The Caprico CD23 Antibody 4095045 APC Conjugated is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD23. It is conjugated to allophycocyanin (APC) and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the lectin head domain of CD23 and binds to the low affinity IgE receptor (Fc epsilon RII) expressed on B cells, follicular dendritic cells, eosinophils, macrophages, and platelets. It can be used for analyzing CD23 expression on leukocytes by flow cytometry. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
