The CD23 (FcεRII) APC-Cyanine7 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD23. It is conjugated to APC-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the lectin head domain of CD23 and binds to the low-affinity IgE receptor expressed on B cells, follicular dendritic cells, eosinophils, platelets and some T cells. It can be used to identify CD23 expressing cells in normal and malignant immune tissues. This antibody is unconjugated, azide-free and low endotoxin.
