The Caprico CD23 PE-Cyanine7 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD23. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and other fluorescent detection methods. This antibody recognizes the lectin head domain of CD23 and binds to both membrane-bound and soluble isoforms. CD23 is the low affinity IgE receptor expressed on B cells, follicular dendritic cells, eosinophils and other cell types. This antibody can be used for analyzing CD23 expression and IgE-mediated responses. The clone is EBVCS-5 and the antibody is purified by protein A/G. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
