The CD24 PE Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD24. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and ELISA. This antibody recognizes the small heavily glycosylated mucin-like cell surface protein CD24. CD24 is expressed on granulocytes, B cells, pre-B cells, and neutrophils. This antibody can be used for analyzing lineage commitment, differentiation, and activation states of cells expressing CD24. The immunogen is a prokaryotic recombinant protein corresponding to the extracellular domain of CD24. This antibody is provided azide-free and in liquid form.
