The Caprico Bio PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD3 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD3. It is conjugated to PerCP-Cyanine5.5 and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the epsilon chain of the CD3 complex and can be used to identify T lymphocytes. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended usage is 5 μL (0.25 μg) per test. It has been tested and validated for flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The antibody can help analyze T lymphocyte populations and activation.
