The CapricoBio Anti-CD25 PE-Cyanine5 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that specifically binds to human CD25. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine5 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. This antibody recognizes the alpha chain of the human interleukin-2 receptor CD25 and has been tested for specificity in human, monkey, and mouse samples. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 1:50.
