The CD25 (PerCP-Cyanine5.5) antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD25, also known as the alpha chain of the IL-2 receptor. It is conjugated to PerCP-Cyanine5.5 and is recommended for flow cytometry applications. The antibody clone is 7G7B6 and is supplied as a solution in 0.2 μm filtered PBS with <0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin. Each vial contains 100 tests in 100 μL. This antibody stains activated lymphocytes and regulatory T cells. It is recommended to use for analyzing the immune response.
