The CD27 (APC/iFluor700) C813-21 ASR reagent from Caprico Biotechnologies is an antibody reagent used for flow cytometry. It contains an antibody to the CD27 antigen conjugated to APC/iFluor700. CD27 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and is expressed on a subset of thymocytes, T cells, and NK cells. This reagent can be used to identify and analyze CD27-expressing cell populations by flow cytometry. The APC/iFluor700 tandem dye provides bright signal and reduced spillover into other channels. This product is provided as a lyophilized powder, sodium azide-free, and contains sufficient reagent for 100 tests per vial when resuspended.
