The CD27 (M-A271) mFluor 450 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD27. CD27 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and is expressed on the surface of T cells, NK cells, and some B cells. This antibody is conjugated to mFluor 450, a bright, violet-excited fluorescent dye with emissions in the blue region. The CD27 (M-A271) mFluor 450 antibody is recommended for flow cytometry applications such as immunophenotyping and intracellular cytokine staining. It has been tested for compatibility with BioLegend's Brilliant Violet and R-PE antibody conjugates. Each vial contains 100 tests of antibody in 0.2 mL.
