The protein has a calculated MW of 46.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque CD27, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD7-C5259) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human CD27 Ligand, Fc Tag (Cat. No. TN7-H82F4) with a linear range of 2-31 ng/mL (QC tested).
