The CD3 Antigen Presenting Cells (APC) is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD3 antigen found on T cells. It is conjugated to the fluorescent dye APC and is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify and analyze T cell populations. This antibody clone OKT3 recognizes an epitope on the epsilon chain of the CD3 complex and can be used for staining human T cells. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended usage is 5 μL (0.25 μg) per test.
