The Caprico CD3 Antibody APC Conjugated is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD3 antigen found on T cells. It is conjugated to the fluorescent dye APC (allophycocyanin) and is recommended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody can be used to identify total T cell populations. It is sourced from mouse and the immunogen is a purified recombinant fragment of human CD3 epsilon chain. The antibody is provided azide-free and in liquid form at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. Recommended dilutions are 1:100 to 1:400. This product should be stored at 4°C protected from light.
