CD3 APC-Cyanine7 is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to CD3, a protein complex found on T cells. It is conjugated to APC-Cyanine7, a fluorescent dye used in flow cytometry. This antibody can be used to identify T cells in samples by flow cytometry. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The clone is OKT3, the isotype is mouse IgG2a, and the immunogen is human T cells. The antibody is recommended for flow cytometry and has been tested on human samples. It has a 12 month shelf life when stored at 2-8°C and is protected from prolonged exposure to light.
