The Caprico CD3 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD3 antigen on human T cells. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the epsilon chain of the CD3 complex and can be used to identify total T cell populations. According to the product details, this antibody is supplied at a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 1:50. Each vial contains 100 tests. This antibody is optimized for staining human peripheral blood cells.
