The CD3 PE-CF594 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD3, a marker found on T cells. It is conjugated to PE-CF594, a bright, photostable fluorescent dye with excitation/emission maxima of 593/614 nm. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended usage is 5 μL per test. This antibody is useful for identifying T cells and studying T cell biology.
