The CD3 PE-Cyanine5 Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD3. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and cyanine dye 5 (Cy5). This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence assays. It is supplied as 100 tests with 0.1 mL of antibody. The clone is OKT3. The antibody is purified from ascites fluid by affinity chromatography. Recommended usage is 5-25 μL per 1 million cells in 100 μL staining volume. It has an excitation max of 488nm and emission max of 575nm for PE and 649nm for Cy5. The antibody can help identify T lymphocytes.
