The CD32b antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody. It is specific for human CD32b, also known as FcγRIIB, and has been tested by flow cytometry. This antibody can be used for immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications. It is supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.1% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1-203 of human CD32b. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD32b expression on human B cells, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and granulocytes.
