The Caprico CD33 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD33. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is intended for use in flow cytometry. This antibody recognizes an epitope on the extracellular domain of CD33, also known as SIGLEC-3 or gp67. CD33 is expressed on myeloid progenitor cells and monocytes but not other leukocytes. This antibody can be used to identify acute myeloid leukemia cells and other myeloid lineage malignancies. It is available in 100 tests of 50 μL with 0.5 μg antibody per test. The antibody is supplied in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% BSA. It should be stored at 4°C protected from light.
