The CD33 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that recognizes human CD33. CD33 is a transmembrane receptor expressed on cells of myeloid lineage. This antibody is unconjugated and is recommended for detection of CD33 protein in Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry. It is supplied as 100 μg purified antibody in PBS with 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin. The recommended dilutions are 1:200 to 1:2000 for Western blotting and 1:50 to 1:200 for flow cytometry. This antibody has been tested and validated in biochemical and cellular assays.
