The CD33 PerCP-Cyanine5.5 antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD33. It is conjugated to PerCP-Cyanine5.5 and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes myeloid cells and acute myeloid leukemia blasts. It can be used for immunophenotyping and leukemia diagnosis. The clone is WM53. The antibody is supplied at 0.1 mg in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2% BSA.
