The Caprico CD34 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD34. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify and enumerate hematopoietic progenitor cells. This antibody recognizes class II epitopes on CD34 and stains 60-80% of normal bone marrow cells. It can be used for research purposes to study hematopoiesis and hematopoietic progenitor cells. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
