The Caprico CD34 PE-Cyanine7 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD34. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes CD34, a transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein expressed on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. It can be used for identifying and enumerating hematopoietic progenitor cells. The antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each test contains 20 μl of antibody. The product should be stored at 4°C protected from light.
