The CapricoBio Anti-CD38 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE). It is designed for flow cytometry analysis of human CD38, a 45 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on hematopoietic cells. This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope and binds to CD38 with high affinity. It can be used to identify and enumerate CD38+ cell populations by flow cytometry. With excitation and emission maxima of 496 nm and 578 nm, the PE fluorochrome enables detection of the bound antibody. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
