The Caprico CD4 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD4. It is produced in ascites and purified by protein A/G chromatography. This antibody can be used for ELISA, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry applications. It detects CD4 protein expression on the surface of helper T cells. The immunogen is a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1-178 of human CD4. This antibody is validated for flow cytometry analysis of CD4 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
