The Caprico CD4 iFluor 488 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD4. It is conjugated to iFluor 488, a bright green-fluorescent dye. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. It is optimized for staining human peripheral blood cells but also cross-reacts with chimpanzee. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/ml BSA. Each vial contains 100 tests of antibody. This high-quality antibody enables researchers to identify and analyze CD4+ T cells.
