The Caprico CD4 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD4. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is intended for use in flow cytometry. This antibody can be used to identify CD4+ T helper cells. It is supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% BSA. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL. The clone number for the antibody is RPA-T4. The immunogen is the human CD4 extracellular domain. This antibody is validated for flow cytometry using human peripheral blood cells. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
