The Caprico CD4 PE-Cyanine7 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD4. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry. This antibody recognizes the D3 domain of CD4 and does not cross-react with other human antigens. It can be used to identify CD4+ T helper cells and is recommended for use in multicolor flow cytometry panels. The antibody is available in 100 tests of 50μl volume.
