The CD4 PE-Cyanine7 Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD4. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry. This antibody reacts with a 58-68 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on a subset of T lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages. It can be used to identify helper T cells and analyze T cell populations. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 1:200.
