The Caprico CD4 PerCP Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD4. It is conjugated to PerCP and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the D3 domain of CD4 and has been tested for cross-reactivity in rhesus, cynomolgus, and baboon samples. It is supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% BSA. The concentration is 0.2 mg/mL. Recommended usage is 5-25 μL per test, with titration recommended. This antibody should be stored at 4°C protected from light.
