The protein migrates as 30-35 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;FACS analysis shows that Biotinylated Human CD40, Avitag,His Tag (Cat. No. CD0-H82E8) can bind to 293T cells overexpressing human CD40L. The concentration of Biotinylated Human CD40 is 3 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
