CD41A-FITC is a mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) that recognizes human CD41A (integrin alpha 2b), also known as GPIIb. It is used for flow cytometry analysis of human platelets and megakaryocytes. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.09% sodium azide. The recommended usage is 5-10 μL per test. It has an excitation max of 495 nm and emission max of 528 nm. The immunogen is human platelet membranes.
