CD43 Antibody PE from is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD43. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and other fluorescent detection methods. This antibody recognizes all glycoforms of CD43 and binds to an extracellular epitope. CD43, also known as leukosialin or sialophorin, is a transmembrane sialoglycoprotein expressed on thymocytes, T cells, monocytes, granulocytes, B cells, and some hematopoietic progenitor cells. It functions in T cell activation. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD43 protein expression levels by flow cytometry.
