The CD44 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD44. CD44 is a cell surface glycoprotein involved in cell-cell interactions, cell adhesion and migration. This antibody is unconjugated and is recommended for detection of CD44 in human samples by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and Western blot. It is supplied as 100 μg purified antibody in PBS with 0.09% sodium azide. The recommended dilutions are 1:100-1:200 for flow cytometry and 1:100 for Western blot. This antibody has been tested and validated in human samples.
