The CD45 (IFluor 488) Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is an antibody conjugated to IFluor 488 fluorescent dye. It is specific for CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen, which is expressed on all hematopoietic cells except erythrocytes and platelets. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. The IFluor 488 dye has an excitation maximum of 493 nm and emission maximum of 518 nm. This antibody is supplied at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% BSA. Recommended dilutions are 1:100 to 1:400 for flow cytometry.
