CD45-iFluorTM 700 is a mouse anti-human CD45 monoclonal antibody conjugated to iFluorTM 700. It is intended for flow cytometry use. The clone is F10-89-4. CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), is expressed on all hematopoietic cells except erythrocytes and platelets. This antibody can be used to identify and enumerate leukocyte populations and is commonly included in leukocyte typing panels. The iFluorTM 700 dye has excitation/emission peaks of 688/712 nm.
