CD45 (MFLIUOR 450) Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies conjugated to MFLIUOR 450. It is specific for human CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen. CD45 is expressed on all hematopoietic cells except erythrocytes and platelets. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. The excitation and emission maxima are 405 nm and 450 nm respectively. This antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
