The CD45 MFluor 540 Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD45. It is conjugated to MFluor 540 fluorescent dye and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry. This antibody detects all isoforms of CD45 and has been tested on human peripheral blood cells. It can be used to identify leukocytes and hematopoietic cells. The antibody is provided at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin.
