The Caprico CD45 MFLUOR510 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD45. It is conjugated to MFLUOR510, a bright, photostable fluorescent dye with excitation/emission of 506/528 nm. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and immunohistochemistry assays. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The immunogen is a recombinant human CD45 protein. This antibody recognizes all isoforms of CD45 and has been tested on human peripheral blood samples. It is recommended for detecting CD45 expression on leukocytes.
