The CD45 PE-CF594 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen. It is conjugated to PE-CF594, a tandem fluorochrome with an emission maximum of 615nm. This antibody is suitable for flow cytometry and is recommended for analysis of human peripheral blood cells. The immunogen is a cell preparation from a patient with T-ALL. This antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and has a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 5 μL (0.5 μg) per test.
